Holiday Stroll on December 6th!

Do not miss this year's Holiday Stroll on December 6th! The day begins with the EPNCO “Toys for Tots” Pancake Breakfast with Santa from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Parks and Recreation Center. Breakfast is free with the donation of an unwrapped toy for a boy or girl valued at $10 or less. The Kiwanis will offer pictures with Santa for $3, face painting and will be collecting canned goods for local food pantries. 

Arts and craft vendors will be set up all day for your holiday shopping needs and the Boy Scouts will be selling holiday wreaths and hot chocolate. There will be free train rides around the circle for kids sponsored by the Grand Corridor Chamber and the Village is sponsoring an ice sculpture demonstration from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

From 1 PM until 6 PM Activities include an inflatable candyland obstacle course and candy cane bounce house. Santa will make a return visit from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Finally, the day will end as the sun goes down and we officially light the Village decorations around 5:30 PM.

Food truck vendors in the circle will include Caponies, Toasty Cheese, Empanadas, Chicago CupCake, and the Kettle Kabin Nut Wagon. We will be accepting toy donations for “Toy’s for Tots” and food donations for the Leyden Township and St. Celestine Food Pantries.
